About I-Ncourage
Founded by Angela Lee Wysinger
I-Ncourage was born from my own deeply personal journey toward mental wellness. For many years, I silently struggled with unhealthy thought patterns, weighed down by the stigma that often surrounds mental health—especially in communities where seeking support can be misunderstood or even discouraged. I know what it feels like to withdraw from family and friends, to battle depression and anxiety behind closed doors, and to carry emotional burdens in silence.
One evening, I came across a simple yet powerful gift my eldest son had given me the previous Christmas—a wood slice waiting to be turned into something meaningful. I decided to create my first inspiration piece. On it, I wrote: “I Am Enough.” At that time, I didn’t believe those words. I felt depleted, inadequate, and invisible. But something shifted. Every morning, I would see that message hanging on the wall across from my bed. Over time, those three words began to sink into my spirit. I kept repeating them until I not only believed them—I began living them.
That one moment became the foundation of I-Ncourage.
My passion now is to uplift and support others—especially women—who are navigating similar emotional battles. I believe that healing often begins with small, intentional steps. Whether it’s a spoken affirmation or a visual reminder of your worth, what you consistently feed your mind and soul will eventually flow out into the world around you.
Having a tangible, visible reminder of hope and strength made all the difference for me—and it can for you too. Speaking words of life, truth, and self-love into the atmosphere helped me manifest the mindset and peace I longed for. I am living proof that it works. The journey to healing takes time, but it is worth every step.
Trust the process. Speak life. Feed your spirit. And above all, know that you are enough.
With grace and encouragement,
